What is Savanavenn

  • Savanavenn is a personal habit tracker and journal. It's designed to support both flexible and planned habits, providing a customizable experience that suits your needs. You can also add individual tasks separate from your habits

  • Flexible habits are designed to be stress-free, with no overwhelming reminders. They are helpful when you want to pick up a new habit but you don't want the commitment that comes with a planned habit. Instead, you want to go with the flow and explore something new.

  • Planned habits are for when you're ready to commit to something new. You can plan out the sessions at designated times. You also have the option to choose a rhythm instead of scheduling individual sessions. If you choose a rhythm, you will be reminded of it at the time you have chosen when adding the habit, and with the frequency you have chosen. A session is also added automatically to your session list for that habit when the notification (reminder) is displayed.

  • Yes, you can take notes for each session of a habit, allowing you to keep a journal of your progress.

  • Yes, you can pause and resume sessions at any time. When you pause a session, the associated notifications will also be paused.

  • Absolutely! Savanavenn is designed to work offline. All your habits, tasks, and notes are primarily stored on your device, so you can access them even when you're not connected to the internet.

  • Yes, Savanavenn also includes a task feature that is separate from habits. Tasks are individual items you can add with a note, and with different priorities. The priority you assign to a task determines the frequency of notifications delivered to your device. You can also write notes for your tasks.

  • Savanavenn is designed with privacy as its primary focus. The app can be used offline and all user data is encrypted. When data is synced to your iCloud account, it is end-to-end encrypted, meaning your primary data is always and only readable by you.   • No, Savanavenn does not include any ads, nor does it track user activity across other apps. Our primary focus is on providing a private and secure environment for you to track your habits and tasks.

Free and Paid Features

  • Yes, the app can be used for free. The free version allows up to 4 active tasks and 3 active habits. If you reach these limits, you can archive or delete active tasks or habits to make room for new ones, facilitating effective task and habit management.

  • Our app offers both subscription-based plans and a Lifetime Plan. The subscription plans, available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, grant you access to all paid features for a specific duration. These plans are auto-renewable, meaning they will automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled. The Lifetime Plan, on the other hand, is a one-time purchase granting you unlimited access to all paid features for as long as the app is available. Unlike the subscription plans, the Lifetime Plan is non-consumable and doesn't automatically renew

  • Our paid plans remove the limit on tasks and habits, allowing for unlimited creation and management of these items. Subscribers will also gain full access to all upcoming features. These plans are available on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with a one-time purchase Lifetime Plan is also available for permanent access.

  • Users can manage their subscriptions or view their purchase history directly from their iOS devices. For managing subscriptions, navigate to Settings => Apple ID Account => Subscriptions. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. To view purchase history, including the purchase of the Lifetime Plan, go to Settings => Apple ID Account => Media and Purchases => View Account => Purchase History.

Data storage and account

  • Our app primarily operates offline and doesn't rely on a backend server for data storage. Instead, it uses Apple's CloudKit technology to store and sync your data to a private iCloud database. This function is optional and provides end-to-end encryption for secure syncing. The encryption key is unique to you and stored on your devices.

  • While designed for offline use, our app offers an online data storage option for those wishing to back up their data or access it from another device. This is facilitated through CloudKit technology, syncing data to a private iCloud database, including all habits, tasks, notes, and related data.

  • The app provides an optional feature for FaceID or fingerprint recognition (dependent on device capability) for enhanced privacy, preventing unauthorized access. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the app via Profile => Privacy and Data, by toggling the Biometric Login Enabled option.

  • If a user decides to delete their account, all associated data will be permanently removed from CloudKit (iCloud). Account deletion can be accessed through the app's Profile section, under Data and Privacy, by choosing the Delete Account Permanently option.
